This is when you carry him and take him outside. While he is still very young, you should take him outside frequently.
When you take him outside you can say things like, empty out now, or do your business, or any command you want to use when indicating to your dog that it is alright for him to relieve himself. Once he has done his business you should give him lots of affection, of course it's wise to wait until you are satisfied that he is done. He will eventually come to understand that outside is the place to do his business and will consequently start asking to go outside.
There are several books available about outhouse dog training all of which, use different approaches and programs. No dog is going to learn straight away that outside is the place to empty out. He has to understand and you must persistently train him.
